Neximus Holdings LLC DBA Spargata ("we," "us," or "our") operates DonationCalc at donationcalc.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information We Collect
DonationCalc is designed to minimize data collection. We do not require accounts, passwords, or personal information to use the calculator.
1.1 Analytics (StatCounter)
If you consent, we use StatCounter to collect anonymous usage statistics. StatCounter may set the following cookies:

We store the following in your browser's localStorage (never sent to a server):
- analytics_consent — Your cookie consent choice (accepted/rejected)
- analytics_consent_ts — When you made your consent choice (used for 30-day expiration)
- taxDisclaimerCollapsed — Whether you collapsed the tax disclaimer
1.3 Third-Party Services
In addition to StatCounter, the site uses:
- Buy Me a Coffee — A support/donation widget provided by Buy Me a Coffee (buymeacoffee.com). This widget loads a third-party script and may set its own cookies when you interact with it. See their privacy policy for details.
- Vercel — Our hosting and deployment platform. Vercel may collect server-level logs (IP addresses, request metadata) as part of normal hosting operations. Vercel Analytics, if enabled, uses privacy-friendly, cookie-free measurement. See Vercel's Privacy Policy.

2. How We Use Information
We use analytics data solely to understand site traffic and improve DonationCalc. We do not:
- Sell or share personal data with third parties for advertising
- Build user profiles for targeted advertising
- Collect names, email addresses, or financial information through the calculator

Analytics data collected by StatCounter is subject to StatCounter's data retention policies. localStorage data remains in your browser until you clear it or reset your privacy choices.
5. Children's Privacy
DonationCalc is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
